Group Counseling
Group therapy is a great source of support and growth for people of all ages. Group is an opportunity for individuals to hear from peers who are likely experiencing the same issues or struggling with the same problems they are. The individuals in the group act as a source of insight and support while reinforcing the idea that each individual is not the only one experiencing these problems. Groups include one or two therapists working with a group of 4-8 individuals on specific skills or how to process challenging situations. Our groups are designed to educate and help improve overall mental health and well being. We even offer groups virtually!
