SERVICES

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling offers one-on-one support tailored to your concerns and goals. We work collaboratively to understand your experiences, identify patterns, and develop strategies that support meaningful change.
Online Counseling/Telehealth
Online counseling allows you to meet with your counselor remotely from a private location. It can make attending sessions easier while balancing work, school, caregiving, and other responsibilities.
Telehealth sessions are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. Contact us to discuss whether virtual counseling is appropriate for your needs and available in your location.
